Streetly CCWelcome to Streetly CCSenior Winter Nets RestartSenior winter nets start on Friday 6th Janusry 2012 at Streetly School, 7 till 8 and will run through till easter. Everyone is welcome. Junior Winter Nets RestartWe can now confirm that Junior winter nets will start on 16th November 2011 at Streetly School. The under 9s, under 11s and under 13s will train in the 6 till 7 slot and the under 15s and under 17s will train in the 7 to 8 slot. An email has been sent out to all junior members however, if you have not received the latest youth section update with the details of the new coach and winter nets please email Craig Moore on athers185@hotmail.com or Heather Moore on hm5lions@msn.com and we will forward everything on to you. 2011 Season HonoursSaturday 1st XI - Warwickshire Cricket League Champions Saturday 2nd XI - Runners Up Warwickshire Cricket League Div 1 Saturday 3rd XI - Runners up in WCL Single Team League 2 Senior 20/20 XI - WCL 20/20 Cup Winners Sunday 1st XI - Lichfield League Division 3 Champions Sunday Youth Development - League Champions Dates for the diarySaturday 17th Sept - Last match of the season Saturday 8th October - Presentation night at the club. £10 per head - disco, fish & chips, free prize draw Sunday 9th October - Winter ground preparation working party. Friday 28th October - Warwickshire League Presentation Dinner - £30 per ticket League Tables Welcome To Streetly Cricket Club. We currently run 3 saturday sides and 3 sunday sides with a thriving youth section ranging from under 11s to under 17s. The saturday first team play in the Warwickshire Premier Division, with the second team playing in Division 1 after winning Division 2 Last Year. The thirds currently play in Division 2 of the Warwickshire Single Team League. The club is progressing both on and off the pitch. All sides have tasted success with league title wins and promotions in the last 3 years. To add to this we are currently developing our third team ground at Mill Green into a multi use sports ground which we allows us the opportunity to play fourth team and ladies cricket should the club continue to grow as it is. If you want to come down and play or simply enjoy a drink in the sunshine watching cricket please come down to the ground at Briar Avenue, Streetly, Sutton Coldfield, B74 3HX. We also have a successful hockey section during the winter for those who want something to keep them active outside the cricket season.
